• Membership is open to all female adults from 18 years and above who have made the Girl Guides Promise anywhere in the world.    
  • Membership of Trefoil Guild is achieved through admission into the Trefoil Guild branch. 
  • Has been a member of Girl Guides Association in their younger years and do not have time to participate actively at their state or local levels. 
  • Has an active role in other aspect of Girl Guiding within the Girl Guides Association 
  • Who may have not been a member of the Girl Guides movement but is willing to join the Trefoil Guild Nigeria.
  • Is able and willing to make the Girl Guides promise and does so to the Girl Guides Commissioner or Trefoil Guild Coordinator.
  • To join the Trefoil Guild, you must, if an Old Guide, RENEW YOUR PROMISE.
  • If a new Guild, affirm the promise and pledge to adhere to the Girl Guiding Principles.
